Dispatch
I aim to dispatch orders within 7-14 days of receipt, but please allow up to 21 days for delivery. For International orders, please allow at least 2-3 weeks for delivery, after being notified of despatch of your item. All my items are individually handcrafted and therefore occasional delays may be inevitable from time to time - however, you will be notified immediately if any delay is anticipated. If the delay is unacceptable you will be offered an alternative or a refund.
Personalised items may take up to 28 days for delivery, particularly at peak times.* For specialised items eg. ragdolls, wallhangings, please allow up to 28 days for delivery - please check item description.
If you would like an estimate of delivery times prior to ordering, please contact me using the Contact Us page, giving details of the item(s) you are interested in. I will endeavour to reply to enquiries within the same day whenever possible. Speed of delivery will vary depending on time of year, level of orders, etc.
NOTE: Please note that I am currently not offering 'Recorded/International Signed for' as standard delivery but if you wish this method of delivery, please contact me for a quote for the additional postage amount prior to ordering - I will send you an invoice for this amount after placing your order.
Returns and Exchanges
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged or faulty, you may return them in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange (within 14 days of receipt). Return postage is non-refundable. Please e-mail prior to dispatch. (Details on Contact Page).

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please e-mail me in the first instance, with details of your complaint. I aim to deal with any complaints as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Quibble Free Returns Policy
I offer a quibble free returns policy on all items (does not apply to personalised/'made-to-measure' items however). I want you to be happy with your purchase! Simply return the item in its unused condition, in the original packaging, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Return postage is non-refundable. Products
Due to the handcrafted nature of all the items on this website, variations in texture and appearance are part of the appeal of the product. I aim, however, to give clear and precise descriptions of each item and to illustrate each one as accurately as possible. Dimensions of each item are given wherever possible. Please read all item descriptions carefully before ordering.
Privacy
Personal information eg. name, address, etc. will never be passed on to any third parties, companies or individuals. At any time, if you are asked for personal details, this will be purely for the purpose of processing your order.
Payment Security
This website uses Paypal (
www.paypal.com/uk - a secure web server which uses data encryption technology - please visit their website for further information). You will be directed to the Paypal website on completion of your order. You
do not need to have a Paypal account to make your payment. (Paypal apply the same fraud prevention measures for payments made using debit/credit cards).
* "Good Wishes Teddies" will be given priority delivery because of their more urgent nature. (eg. "Get Well Soon" teddy). If you require these items within a specific time scale please contact me by e-mail and I will try to meet your requirements wherever possible.
